Joseph Younes represents individuals and families in the most serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. His practice centers on catastrophic injury matters: traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, commercial vehicle collisions, construction site accidents, and premises liability. These are cases that require specialized advocacy from the day a claim is opened.
That advocacy is built on a record of taking cases as far as necessary to secure the right outcome. In under seven years, Joseph has recovered over $200 million for his clients, including dozens of seven-figure outcomes and several eight-figure recoveries: a $25 million wrongful death settlement, a $10.45 million spinal injury settlement, and a unanimous $5.8 million jury verdict in U.S. federal court.
Effective litigation means being fully prepared to try a case well before the question of settlement arises. Joseph is a graduate of CAALA’s Plaintiff’s Trial Academy and the American Board of Trial Advocates’ Jack Daniels Trial Academy, two of the more selective trial advocacy programs in the country.
